Naytric (“we”, “us”) is an independent advisory practice based in Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through naytric.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you contact us, by email or through a form on this site, we receive what you send. That typically includes your name, work email, organization and role, and your description of the challenge.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started.
- To judge whether and how we can help with the challenge you describe.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

By contacting us, you consent to our using the information you send for the purposes above. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop using the information and delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that host this site and that deliver and store our email, and only so they can provide those services to us. Some of them may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to the laws of that country.
We otherwise disclose personal information only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. After that we delete it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please do not include confidential business information or sensitive personal information in your message.
